Calling all home-educating families! If you are a home-educating family, or would like to share with those who do, then please go for it.
A local Home-Ed group are organising a camp-out and has thrown out the invite for other families to join them.
Please note this is a casual event, with no set activities, however equipment for games like rounders, and lots of nature sheets and similar will be available. This is a great chance to meet up with others in the community.
- Book a 3 or 4 night stay at The Orchard Campsite 20mins from Ipswich!
- Electric and non electric pitches available – Caravans, motor homes, trailer tents, camper vans and tents
- Site has new washroom and washing up facilities, including washing machine and tumble dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster & kettle!
- Thursday 6th – Monday 10th June
- Lake & river for swimming, paddleboarding, pond dipping, fishing etc.
- Saturday night glow stick party night.
- Camp fires & bbqs also allowed.
- Optional extra activity of pony rides (£5 paid on day)
- Dogs on leads allowed, bike and scooters also allowed
- Electric to be purchased separately – you only pay for what you use
- No refunds, or transfers to other dates, although you are able to resell your space should you need to.
- Parents/carers are responsible for children on site at all times.
