While not run by ourselves at The Orchard, we can happily recommend Semele, a beautiful new Guest House just next door!

We find that often family groups would like to have people join them, perhaps older family members, or those not up for camping for various reasons, yet still wanting to join the fun. Groups staying at The Orchard are very welcome to invite their friends and family staying at Semele over to the campsite.

When you arrive at our home we hope you will feel a sense of peace and calm, you will enter straight into our kitchen and then go upstairs to your own exclusive private area with a bathroom including a bath and shower.

We have three bedrooms so able to accommodate you and your friends and family if needed, to enjoy your stay.

You will have privacy if you wish or we are happy to chat and get to know you.

The space

We have a beautiful relaxing home with 3 bedrooms exclusive to yourselves or group, consisting of:-
Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed
Bedroom 2 has a double bed with a TV
Bedroom 3 Two single beds.
You will have your own rooms, with tea and coffee facilities

Guest access

Free parking outside the house and can access the house through the front door.
Guest parking for up to two cars
Outdoor patio area with table and chairs.

We are happy to give you privacy, or happy to socialise too

The local area

There are a number of nice walks available on our doorstep, including a ten minute walk to the village where you will be able to enjoy Cafe 46, a lovely Indian restaurant, takeaway fish and chip shop, a couple of nice gift shops, and Wickham Market Square where you can get local buses to the nearest town Woodbridge, which lies on the river Deben.
